Today is the day we call Spring Forward where we move our clocks forward an hour allowing us to have instant extra daylight every evening. It makes life a lot easier for those of us who need the extra light at night (like for baseball practice!) BUT it also means we loose an hour out of our day. It makes it really challenging when we are feeling so tired.
For me, it is all worth it. I absolutely LOVE the extra daylight at night, so I will just adjust;0)
Let me share with you a few of the recipes I plan on making this coming week. We will see if I can get you salivating.
I have already made this dish several times, and it is very, VERY good! I actually crave it.
